Hours of Operations

The Placement Center will be open, with interview tables and all placement services, during the following dates and times:

• Wednesday February 24, 2010 3:00 - 5:00 p.m.
• Thursday February 25, 2010 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. 2:00 – 4: 00 p.m.
• Friday February 26, 2010 9:00 – 11:00 a.m.

Location Information

The placement rooms are located in the Williamsburg Lodge. We will be using the Patriot and Heritage rooms for the interview sites and Liberty room for messages, placement services and candidate & employer work space. Also, we have a small nook for the “candidate waiting area”. The Patriot and Liberty rooms are each 29’x24’ and Heritage is 15’x23’. We plan to provide 15 - 3 foot interview tables and 3 chairs per table.

Services Provided at Placement

The Placement Team will provide on site:

• Mail boxes for Candidates and Employers
• Basic office supplies such as stapler, paper clips, pens
• Candidate Resumes
• Message sheets for Candidates and Employers
• Employer Job Postings
• Hand Sanitizer

Water will be provided by the hotel team members.

We will also have available a few computers for institution research and placement correspondence needs.
