To register for Placement Services, please create a profile.
At the registration site you can electronically:
- Receive Announcements from the Placement Team
- Identify your Interview Schedule
- Create a Profile for your Position(s)
- Upload Job Description, Benefits, Contact Person, Diversity Statement and Formal Application Information for your Posting
- Post a Message to a Candidate
- View a Listing of Candidates
Interview Site
We have a minimum number of tables available for interviews. To accommodate all employers who wish to utilize our services, employers will need to set up and break down institution/personal materials daily.
Mail boxes are hanging file folders. Please be sure to keep in mind the type of mailboxes as you consider your recruitment materials.
Suggestions to Employers
Before you arrive at SEAHO:
- Identify your Interview Team members and orient them to candidate review expectations.
- Pre-schedule interviews with candidates you are interested.
- Review what to bring for your interview needs.
At SEAHO Placement
- Use the interview calendar document to keep track of your interview appointments. Please provide a copy at the SEAHO Placement Services desk.
- Prior to the interview, review information about the candidate knowledge and skill level.
- Prepare your interview questions for candidate for each stage of your process.
- Include your SEAHO Employer Number on all correspondence.
Interview Set Up
An interview coordination service is not provided by the SEAHO Placement Team. Interviews are set up directly between the candidate and the employer. Once you have created your profile, feel free to make contact with Candidates or Employers of Interest prior to the conference and during.
